We will share information with employers seeking to fill job positions who have registered to use the Services. We will allow employers using the Services to assess your candidacy for job positions and share those assessments with other employers using the Services.
We may also disclose personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
Individuals who seek access to, or seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should review their account settings or direct their query to the Finalist. If your request that Finalist remove data that you yourself cannot delete, we will respond to the request within 30 business days.

Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in you’re Account settings or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

To request removal of your personal information from our blog, contact us via one of the methods listed below.
